Since January of 2000 Catalyst Marketing has served our manufacturing partners in the industrial MRO B2B marketplace. Working in tandem with our manufacturers, Catalyst Marketing creates value in this channel through strategic product selection and expert product merchandising in both printed and web mediums. Additionally, we have many years of experience navigating the lengthy review cycles and the continual personnel changes inherent in the large industrial supply houses that dominate this market space.

Meet the Owner
Bruce Marcus has an Engineering degree from the University of Illinois (’79) and a Masters of Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management (‘84). Bruce joined McMaster-Carr Supply Company as a Merchandise Manager in ’84. In his 15 years at McMaster-Carr, he manage the growth and development of the electrical, HVAC, power transmission and safety product categories. At the beginning of the new millennium, Bruce left McMaster-Carr and founded Catalyst Marketing Group. A manufacturer’s rep agency focused on the MRO industrial supply channel. Catalyst Marketing continues to grow and attract quality manufacturers interested in improving their presence in this channel.
